NO REFUND POLICY (EXCHANGE ONLY)

At Ecowears.pk, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. You can only exchange your product under the conditions below.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
You’ll need to pay the shipping cost for exchange unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How to Request an Exchange

WhatsApp us at 03 111-134-002 or email support@ecowears.pk with:

Your order number
The product name
Reason for exchange
The item you want in exchange

After approval, send the item back to our address. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll send your replacement.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive the wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’ll exchange it without extra charges.
