Refund policy

• No return only size and color can be exchanged subject to availability
• The product will only be exchange if the product received has any defect. You can contact our customer service center by emailing us pictures of defected product at support@ecowears.pk or calling us at 0311-1134002 within 15 days.
• To Exchange your product, you should mail your product to Retail concept.
• Exchange is not offered for international orders.
• Online ordered products cannot be exchanged at any Ecowears store.
• Wash, used or damaged outfits will not be exchanged.
• Product purchased on sale can only be exchanged in different size, depending on the availability.
• In case of lost shipment, customer must inform via email with complete order details. We will set an inquiry regarding your claim. If after inquiry, it is confirmed that your claim is valid, then the product will be replaced.
• Exchanging items will be Exchanged at customer’s cost.
